What is self-care? What does self-care look like when trauma is a routine part of our personal or professional life? (e.g., #metoo, activism, discrimination, 24-hour news cycle, domestic environments) What makes self-care difficult?
In this four-part series we will be deepening our understanding of self-care, why it is vital, the ways and reasons it may differ for individuals and communities, and how to develop and sustain a self-care practice that works for you.
